C: Special PreCana

Special PreCana utilizes the dynamics of a regular PreCana while addressing the needs of the more experienced couple. This 9 AM to 4:30 PM class facilitated by a married couple offers group discussions, exercises, and presentations that concentrate on the many facets of married life. Some of the topics presented are: the changing nature of marriage, personal growth, couple adjustment, mutual decision-making, the elements of effective communication, conflict management, intimacy and sexual expression, financial planning, sacramentality, goal setting, the extended family, and interfaith marriage. After you take the class you will receive a monthly enewsletter with articles and information for couples in their first year of marriage. Fulfills the marriage preparation requirement in the Archdiocese of Chicago.

One-day marriage preparation classes cancellation and refund policy: We will refund you the cost of the program minus a $30 processing fee.

Located between Huron and Superior Streets on LaSalle Street. Classes are held in St. Vincent Hall. Parking is available in the Holy Name Cathedral lot just east of Dearborn on Superior Street (a few blocks east). Let attendant know you are there for PreCana.
