A: Discovery Weekend

The format combines private time for engaged couples with activities led by a team of married couples who share their experiences, conduct exercises, and facilitate discussions. Some of the topics presented are: the changing nature of marriage, personal growth, couple adjustment, mutual decision-making, the elements of effective communication, conflict management, intimacy and sexual expression, financial planning, sacramentality, goal setting, the extended family, and interfaith marriage. Overnight stay, meals, resources, and handouts are covered in the cost. Fulfills marriage preparation requirement in the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Payment in full must be made before the Weekend takes place by credit card or check. Please do not select the pay at the door option.

From tollways, follow exit the signs to Tri-State Tollway North, I-294 to Milwaukee. Exit at Dempster east. Go one-half mile east on Dempster to Potter Road, left on Potter Road to 9430 Golf Road (end of Potter Road).
